The “B5000 Art Project” comes from two females by the name of, Yu-mi & Comi, who started working together since 2009. They came from Japan to the hectic area of NYC to pursue their careers in fashion! Yu-mi has a make-up artist and hair stylist background, and also isn’t too bad in photography/videography as well! Comi is one of the designers from the well-known accessory line called “M.Y.O.B”, she also knows how to style, editing videos/photos, and photography. These two ladies joined forces to create something that would be memorable to people’s artistic views, so then came the B5000 Art Project. Their projects showcase weird, twisted, yet fashionable stories that come alive through their photography and editing. Some of their work has been displayed at art gallery events throughout NY!
