The London Police is one of the highly celebrated street art groups hailing straight out of Chelmsford, England. Started in 1988, the artistic duo Chaz and Bob created their mission to bring the life back into the dead streets across the world. Sending out missionaries all over the globe to produce fun, and creative pieces of work bringing the joy back into the streets.

Their pieces consist of mainly paintings, and pen/marker pieces. An iconic point in most of their works are the little characters present called “LADS” The artist believe in fun and you can see that in all of their art. Living by the motto “Never be scared, don’t be a hero and let the good times roll.”

Even though many of the actual members have come and gone, the two founding creators Bob Gibson and Chaz continue to work on their craft while traveling and displaying their art at different galleries all over the world including Italy, Germany, Los Angeles, and right here in NYC.

Their new exhibit just opened yesterday in NYC at the Opera Gallery and will be going on for at least the next two weeks.
