“Girl Gang” Interview: MARIE JANAE

Marie Janae is our 12th girl featured in our “Girl Gang” section. She came to NYC from Detroit to pursue her dreams in the fashion industry. Marie has her own clothing line that is named after her with designs that match her personality perfectly! Bright colors, patterns, and enough room to show off some skin. With her line booming with business, Marie still has time to put together awesome outfits and hit the town with her close friends and family. Where is your favorite place to have fun in NYC?:

Anywhere me, Drew, and AJ can party & drink

What is your life motto?:

Having fun, you only live once, so just live and spend money

What are your goals?:

To be happy and content with life and marriage

What are your biggest pet peeves?:

Lip smacking, pointy toe shoes and lazy asses

What is a materialistic obsession you’re currently having?:

Shopping. Regardless if I like it,I’m buying it

What do you prefer, weed or liquor?:

I love liquor but not Peach Ciroc & weed makes me so crazy! It’s weird lol so no weed. I pour up

What is a wild fantasy/dream of yours?:

To live in a glass house with a bad bitch next to me

Where did you see yourself today 5 years ago?:

Most definitely not where I am now! Lol I thought I’d be just “blah”, but I’m such a genuine person and God has blessed me. Even though I get hurt often, I still feel its a blessing to be willing to do any and everything for someone… I’ve grown too though. So much more mature and responsible.
